Amanda Raylene Green was born February 15, 1970 in Tulsa, Oklahoma and passed away September 4, 2014 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Amanda is survived by husband Justin Green; daughter Makenzie Green; and numerous other family and friends. Amanda was a teacher for the Catoosa School District for several years. She will be deeply missed by everyone.
